Lets Talk Sports Animation

Animation (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

CVP Productions located in Lenexa, Kansas has been involved in sports animation for over 20 years.  We have worked with professional and collegiate teams throughout the country.  There are many types of new media and innovative forms of media are being created all the time.  By the end of the twentieth century, the problem was no longer how to create a new media object such as an image, the new problem was how to find an object that already exists somewhere else. New media is from a digital, computerized, or networked technology.  New media is a large part of the American culture. Today, our world relies on media a great deal and we let it influence our lives.

The crowd’s response to sports animation at sporting events it really where this kind of animation works well.  It gets everyone involved in the event. Animation is meant to strike a balance between persuading the crowd to actively participate and fun entertainment.  Animation encourages the fans to cheer for the team, and we want to get them on their feet.  The animation is seen as something amusing, especially for those casual sporting enthusiasts that are not excited enough about the sporting event in itself.  It has become a reason to leave the tailgate and get to the seats.  The music, band, cheerleaders, and sports animation all work together to get the crowd excited.
